SHIPPING INFORMATION

At ApparelBus, standard shipping is free over the purchase of $250 and a flat $10 under the purchase of $250 anywhere in the US.

Standard Shipping Methods

(Savvy Saver, Ground, and Priority Mail):
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, during sales events or busy shopping periods, there may be delays. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to contact Customer Care, and we’ll help you choose the best shipping method to ensure timely delivery.

Standard Expedited Shipping Options

(Express and ASAP):
To ship on the same day, orders must be placed by 3 p.m. CST. Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

FREE-to-Ground:

Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days (Monday-Saturday).

Express:

For orders placed before 11 a.m. CST, delivery takes 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday).

ASAP:

For orders placed before 11 a.m. CST, delivery is the next business day (Monday-Friday), either in the morning or afternoon, depending on the destination.

Note: All expedited (Express and ASAP) orders must be placed by 11 a.m. CST to ship the same day. If placed after 11 a.m., the order will ship the next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping to PO Boxes (Contiguous US States)

FREE-Savvy Saver:

Delivered by USPS. Transit time is typically 4 to 9 business days (Monday-Saturday). Free for orders over $250, or $10 flat rate for orders under $250. This option will appear during checkout if eligible.

USPS Standard:

After processing, delivery takes 5-7 business days.

USPS Express:

After processing, delivery takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping to Non-Contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, etc.)

FREE-Savvy Saver:

Delivered by USPS. Transit time is typically 10 to 14 business days (Monday-Saturday). Specific Shipping charges would apply at checkout.

USPS Standard:

After processing, delivery takes 7-10 business days.

USPS Express:

After processing, delivery takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

Priority Mail:

Via USPS. Transit time is typically 7-10 business days.

Shipping to Outlying US Territories

FREE-Savvy Saver:

Delivered by USPS. Transit time is typically 15 to 20 business days (Monday-Saturday). Specific Shipping charges would apply at checkout.

USPS Standard:

After processing, delivery takes 7-10 business days.

USPS Express:

After processing, delivery takes 3-5 business days.

Mill Ship SKUs

Due to high demand and logistical challenges, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping for Mill Ship SKUs. Please allow an extra day for processing. Your selected delivery option will apply once the item ships.

Standard Shipping

ApparelBus orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground. Most deliveries take 1-2 business days, but it may take up to 7 business days in some cases.

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options, including Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day delivery.

Back Orders

We do our best to keep all items in stock, but occasionally an item may be on backorder. If this happens, we will notify you, and you can choose to wait for the item or proceed without it. Your credit card/merchant will not be charged until the item is shipped.

Checking Your Order Status

Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email. If you don’t receive your package within 3-4 business days or the tracking link doesn’t work, please contact us for assistance.

Important: When returning a product, make sure to share the tracking number for a smoother refund process.
