RETURN AND EXCHANGE FAQs

Q: Can I “CANCEL,” “ADD” or “CHANGE” item?

Yes, if you want to cancel the order, you can call our customer service within one hour after placing the order. Other than that, you cannot “CANCEL,” “ADD” or “CHANGE” items, as you processed the order, when you place them, so that you can get your item as early as possible. However, you can return or exchange the product as soon as you receive it.

Q: Can the shipping cost be refunded?

If you wish to return the goods for any personal reasons for which the company is not responsible, the freight will not be refunded. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will refund all shipping costs.

Q: Can I get a refund on a different credit card than the one used for the transaction?

No, we can only refund the amount in the same credit card used for the transaction. If your credit card is missing, we can pay you via PayPal or cheque. Either you can't receive payment through PayPal or cheque then, we can issue you a store credit in the form of bonus points that you can use while ordering your next order with us.

EXCLUSIONS

Ship Mill:

All Ship mill products/order and sales items are final and not for exchange, return or refund anymore. If you received any defected or incorrect order we will happily accept those orders and quickly replace the defected order.

Close-out Items Return Policy:

Close-out orders cannot be return, refund or exchange, close-out items will be checked plainly on item detail page.

Intimates Return Policy:

By law, intimate pieces of clothing containing a groin can't be returned once they have been worn or attempted on. If it's not too much trouble audit estimate outline and contrast and you're existing intimates.

 

Worn, messy, washed or adjusted items can't be returned.

Handling Faulty Items Under Warranty

At ApparelBus, we always strive to meet our customers' needs. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you can submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request following our Returns and Exchange policy. Be sure to include your order number and purchase date in the request. Once we confirm that the product is still eligible for return, one of our customer service representatives will contact you via email to assist.

If the product is found to be faulty or incorrect due to a mistake on our end, we will issue an RMA number and guide you through the return process. Please note, we will only replace items if the issue is due to a fault on the company’s part. If so, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

T&Cs for Return and Exchange

  • Items cannot be returned without Return Approval (RA). Please click here to request return approval.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, exactly as they were received.

  • Once an RMA is issued, you must repack the item in its original packaging or as it was when received. If the packaging is damaged or marked in any way, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

  • Ensure the return package clearly displays the RMA number on the outside. Packages without an RMA number will be discarded or not accepted.

  • Your full details, including address and order number, must also be written clearly on the outside of the box. If not, the package will be discarded.

  • After receiving the incorrect or faulty item from you, ApparelBus reserves the right to inspect the product. If the item is faulty, a replacement will be sent within approximately 7 business days.

  • Please note, that any discrepancies between your purchase order (PO) and the received items must be reported within 2 days of receiving the goods.

  • If ApparelBus.com sends an incorrect or irrelevant item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the customer is returning the product due to personal preference (e.g., they don’t like the product), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • To qualify for free shipping, your order must total more than $250. If you return an item and your merchandise total falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost originally credited to your order will be deducted from your refund.

  • Evaluation of returned items may take 5-8 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • If you are returning a product, make sure to share the tracking number for a smoother refund process.

  • Items that are marked as 'Mill Ship' can only be returned if they are defective. Returns or exchanges for these items will not be accepted unless the item is found to be defective upon receipt.

  • Closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Regular returns or exchanges are not permitted for closeout items.
