I'm a bit of an athletic shorts snob because I'm picky. These are the best I've found. The length is perfect and they are very lightweight. They are loose so you have plenty of room to move around. A good product, especially for the price.

I have a hard time finding shorts where the pocket is in the correct place. Russel usually takes care of this matter very well, however this pair the pockets are just a little too far in the back, so when I pput keys or whatever into them I end up sitting on them, also being too the back just a little bit makes it hard to locate them by feel. As far as fit and comfort I love them, totally up to my expectations of Russel brand

The best shorts you can buy, they are lightweight, and keep you cool down there ;) the waistband is not too tight either. It's really forgiving and won't cut into your stomach. These are my go to shorts to wear now all the time

I ordered the XL and they fit perfectly. I'm 6'2"/235lbs and normally wear size 38 waist in pants and shorts. As I've gained about 10-12 pounds recently, I would speculate that I am a 39 waist and these shorts would appear to fit fine for a 38-40 inch waist. The draw chord is a little short, but works well enough that I'm not taking any stars away. I've been using these shorts for a few weeks in the gym and they are comfortable at rest and while lifting and fit loosely, which I prefer. I've washed them about a dozen times and they seem to be holding up well and the color is still perfect. I carry my keys in my pocket and have not seen any holes forming in the pocket lining.So I recently ordered 2 more pairs!

These are nice. I was looking for a pair of light weight comfortable shorts for exercising and lounging around the house in the summer. These are perfect. They have two side pockets which is great and a draw string inside.

Very comfortable shorts. They wick sweat away from your body and are lightweight. The only problem is the material can be easily caught on rough surfaces, such as keys and key chains, Velcro, and unmanicured finger nails.
